207, entre la r\u00e9gion des Pays de la Loire et l\u2019Etat, pour lequel l\u2019autorit\u00e9 environnementale a rendu son avis le 11 avril 2024.<br \/>\nLe CPER \u00e9tant le\u00a0contrat par lequel Etat et r\u00e9gion s&rsquo;engagent \u00e0 programmer et financer d&rsquo;importants projets d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement du territoire.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cadre, une consultation publique en ligne a eu lieu durant le mois de mai afin de faire part d\u2019observations sur ce volet mobilit\u00e9 du CPER.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, le Collectif v\u00e9lo Pays de la Loire, tout en saluant les efforts d&rsquo;investissements sur le v\u00e9lo, a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un avis mettant en \u00e9vidence deux n\u00e9cessit\u00e9s : lier justice sociale et mobilit\u00e9 pour un impact climat r\u00e9el et acceptable, et r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer les investissements mobilit\u00e9s actives sur tous les territoires.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1jzZFKhnRb5kiTNkOUa1kXJL-Tiy4MRr8\/view\">Le lien vers l\u2019avis du collectif<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif;
